**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and optimize social media campaigns, identify & build influencer marketing campaigns.
- Conceptualise and develop quirky, engaging content for social media platforms that encourage community engagement and sharing.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, HR, to create content that supports overall business objectives.
- Conduct thorough research on the seafood and meat industry (with a focus on tech, innovation and sustainability) trends to create relevant and impactful content.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone that aligns with Captain Fresh’s values and mission.

Experience/Skill Set:

- 1 - 3 years of experience as a Content Writer or similar role with a portfolio/work samples of engaging content across various platforms.
- Bonus points for experience in content writing for the seafood or FnB industry.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative content ideas.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.- Ability to communicate, collaborate, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- Portfolio of published articles or content samples.
