**DME - fresher**

1. Review and understand the project specifications

2. Identify necessary materials and equipment for the fabrication

3. Check availability and condition of necessary materials

4. Calibrate and test all equipment required in the fabrication process

5. Inspection of metal materials for any defects before fabrication

6. Verify dimensional accuracy of the fabrication setup

7. Perform a first test cut or bend

8. Inspection of first test result for quality assessment

9. Adjust settings based on primary test results

10. Review safety measures and precautions

11. Approval: Safety Measures Review

12. Start fabrication process

13. Continuously monitor the fabrication process for any issues

14. Regularly inspect the produced parts for quality

15. Ensure all fabricated parts meet design requirements

16. Test the final product's strength and durability

17. Compare final product with the project requirements

18. Document the fabrication process, issues and resolutions

19. Prepare a report on the overall quality of the fabrication

20. Approval: Quality Assurance Manager for Final Product Inspectior

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹10,500.00 per month
