4. Greeting the guests professionally and warmly, helping them by allocating proper table.
5. Possess in-depth knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods, answering questions confidently and offering recommendations.
6. Take orders accurately and efficiently, addressing any dietary restrictions or allergies.
7. Oversee assigned tables, ensuring timely service, refilling water, and addressing any requests promptly. Facilitate accurate and smooth billing process.
8. Subtly suggest menu upgrades, specials, or pairings to enhance the dining experience and increase revenue.
9. Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally, finding solutions that leave them satisfied.
