**Salary**: INR 25,000 - 30,000 per month + Incentives

**Working Days**: 6 days a week (Sunday off)

**Working Hours**: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

**About the Role**:
We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Tele Sales Executives. This role offers an exciting opportunity for both freshers and experienced professionals to excel in a sales-driven environment. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating revenue through effective sales pitches while maintaining exceptional communication with prospective clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and promote our products/services.
- Develop and maintain strong sales pipelines to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches to effectively showcase the value proposition of our offerings.
- Handle objections and negotiate terms to close sales deals successfully.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience in sales or a strong inclination towards sales.
- **Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment without specific sales targets.**:

- Graduation degree from a recognized institution.
- Must be willing to work in Noida Sec 4.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
