Job Title: Sales Executive - Agri Machinery
Location: Rajkot
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the agricultural machinery segment.
Identify potential customers through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our machinery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new prospects to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the agri machinery market.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts in CRM systems.
Attend industry trade shows and events to represent the company and generate leads.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field is preferred.
1-2 years of experience in sales, specifically within the agricultural machinery sector.
Strong understanding of agricultural practices and machinery is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve targets.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
