**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Industry Knowledge**:

- Experience in the **steel pipe industry** with a strong understanding of slitting operations and coil specifications.
- Expertise in determining slitting sizes and optimizing material usage.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in operating slitting machines and troubleshooting common issues.
- Hands-on experience with **SAP** and **ERP systems** for inventory and production management.
- **Education and Experience**:

- Diploma or certification in mechanical engineering, production, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum **3-5 years of experience** as a slitting operator in the steel pipe industry.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills for slitting size planning and material optimization.
- Attention to detail to ensure quality and precision in slitting operations.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
