As an HL7 Developer with a focus on Cloverleaf, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining interfaces to facilitate seamless data exchange across diverse healthcare systems. Leveraging your expertise in HL7 standards and Cloverleaf integration engine, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust solutions that enhance interoperability and support the delivery of high-quality patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Integration Architecture: Architect and configure Cloverleaf solutions to support complex healthcare integration requirements, ensuring scalability, reliability, and adherence to industry standards.
- Interface Testing: Conduct thorough testing and validation of HL7 interfaces to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements, such as HIPAA.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for interface-related issues, collaborating closely with IT teams and vendors to resolve issues promptly.
- Documentation and Best Practices: Document interface specifications, configuration details, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure consistency across projects.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders, including clinical staff, IT teams, vendors, and external partners, to gather requirements, define interface specifications, and implement effective integration solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in healthcare interoperability and informatics. Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and enhancement of interface capabilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare IT, with a strong emphasis on HL7 interface development.
- Proficiency in Cloverleaf integration engine, including configuration, scripting, and troubleshooting.
- In-depth knowledge of HL7 standards (e.g., HL7 v2.x, HL7 v3) and healthcare interoperability protocols (e.g., DICOM, FHIR).
- Experience with healthcare data exchange formats and standards, such as CCD, CDA, and XDS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Certifications such as Certified HL7 Control Specialist (CHCS) or Certified Cloverleaf Integration Engineer (CCIE) are a plus.

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
