**Job Title**:Maintenance Incharge**
**Location**: Jamnagar, Gujarat
**Salary**: ₹32,000 in hand per month + yearly & statutory benefits

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage maintenance activities for FFS bagging line equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify any mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation issues.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure mínimal downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to enhance equipment reliability and longevity.
- Maintain documentation and records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and training as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance activities.
- Work closely with the procurement team to manage spare parts inventory and requisition new parts as needed.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Education**: BE in Electrical or Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- **Experience**: 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, specifically with FFS (Form Fill & Seal) bagging line equipment.
- **Age**: 30 to 35 years.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
- Experience in maintenance management and preventive maintenance planning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
