Trim Line Supervisor

**Hiring for an Automobile Manufacturing Company**
- Lead and supervise a team of Fitter contact labor, providing guidance and support.
- Coordinate and delegate tasks to team members to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training to improve skills and efficiency.
- Perform the fitting and installation of outer bus components such as..seat fitment, vinayal fixing & ABS fixing & other critical components parts.
- Skilled Fitter of Glass and Sealant activity of bus. This role involves the installation, of glass and sealant components.
- Attend to all electrical fittings of buses and perform troubleshooting as required.
- Supervise and manage contractual manpower to ensure timely and quality production.
- Ensure adherence to production plans while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Implement and uphold safety standards and protocols in all electrical work

**Experience requirements**
- ITI ; Govt or Private Electrical, Fitter trade certification is preferred.
- 5-6 years experience as in same Industries.
- Proven experience in electrical installations and troubleshooting, Strong supervisory skills.
- Proven experience as an Inner fitter or similar role, preferably in the bus or automotive industry.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Small design solutions, Fit & finish improvement ideas, Lead to supervise on team of Contractual Manpower, Machining skills, Measurement and alignment
