**Responsibilities**:
l **Outbound Calls**:
Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided script. Introduce company products/services, highlighting their features and benefits.

l **Lead Generation**:
Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening. Record and maintain accurate information about leads and customer interactions in the database.

l **Customer Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve concerns promptly.

l **Achieve Sales Targets**:
Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to meet overall sales objectives.

l **Follow-Up**:
Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel. Keep potential customers engaged and interested in our products/services.

l **Documentation**:
Prepare and submit daily and weekly call reports, ensuring accurate record-keeping. Document customer feedback and share insights with the sales team.

l **Adherence to Procedures**:
Follow established procedures and guidelines in all customer interactions. Comply with company policies and ethical standards.

l **Communication Skills**:
Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.

l **Interpersonal Skills**:
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly.

l **Target-Oriented**:
Goal-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

l **Team Player**:
Ability to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive team environment.

l **Technology Proficiency**:
Comfortable using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Ability to adapt to changes in scripts, products, or procedures as needed.

l **Working Conditions**:
Office-based role with regular business hours. Some flexibility may be required.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
