*Roles and Responsibilities:*

1. *Curriculum Development:* Design engaging course materials from IGNOU syllabus including live and recorded lectures

2. *Instructional Delivery:* Deliver high-quality instruction to students through online platforms, utilizing various teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.

3. *Facilitation of Discussions:* Foster meaningful discussions and debates among students, encouraging critical thinking and analysis of sociological issues through live sessions

*Qualifications:*
- Master's in Sociology or a related field.
- Prior experience in teaching sociology (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
