Business Growth Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our products/services.
- Identify and qualify leads through research and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our offerings and market trends.
- Present compelling sales pitches to prospective clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Document all interactions with clients in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to help improve our offerings.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in tele sales or telemarketing, preferably in a business growth role.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
