**Are You Up To The Challenge?**

As a Premastering Technician, you’ll be maintaining and updating testing devices, managing the inventory, and implementing new technologies.

**Your Team Mates**

The QA team makes sure the games are stable, functional and also that they are fun to play. We not only find/log bugs but are also encouraged to give feedback on the game from a players perspective. The QA team is split across both our Leamington and Bangalore offices, but functions as a single team

**What Does The Job Actually Involve?**
- Maintain testing-related equipment on the floor.
- Maintains and ensures the protection of the company assets.
- Participate in the installation, movement, and removal of testing-related equipment.
- Maintain internal testing inventory.
- Familiarise and document with upcoming Mobile and Console technologies.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Your Hard Skills**
- Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent (English) communication skills - the ability to describe identified issues in a clear and concise manner
- A systematic, scientific, and analytical mindset
- Passion for games and technologies
- Strong proficiency in the usage of spreadsheets, MS Office, and PC & internet
- Ability to work effectively with other team-members
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in project requirements and instructions, and to work as per shift timings applicable to the department
- Knowledge of the PC, Console, and Mobile Platforms in terms of hardware and software
- Troubleshooting skills on Mobile or PC
- Experience in inventory management
