Purpose of Role: We’re looking for a talented and creative Unity developer to work at the highest levels of interactive, virtual and augmented reality. This person will be responsible for game/interactive functionality and translating concepts, design ideas, and requirements into an engaging player experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create 3D interactive solutions, including augmented and virtual reality solutions, that meet current Weir BU requirements while also upgrading for future demands.- Develop solutions that are future-ready and provide them in the required format.- User experience through UI/UX design.- Offer and implement solutions in a timely manner.- Communicate with 3D content creation team members to establish effective pipeline and integrate media assets.- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.- Manage other developers on the team to help maintain quality of code, products, and processes.- Quality of programming and documentation.
Core Competencies:
- Strong ability with C# object-oriented programming language.- Experience in optimizing memory and space usage- Experience with game assets (ex: meshes, animations, materials, PBR).- Ability to identify errors and troubleshoot- Knowledge of game development in visual studio.- Conceptualize and design a pleasing UI and UX experience.- Knowledge of 3D and Unity tool workflow.- Must have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a good sense of teamwork to develop a unified common vision.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science / BE Computer Science.Experience- Total 4 to 6 years work experience-
