Job Title: Sales Assistant

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Accurately enter sales data into Excel spreadsheets

Contact buyers and suppliers to collect rates and request samples

Research and identify potential customers

Make outbound calls to prospects to promote our products

Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service

Assist sales team with administrative tasks as needed

Maintain records of sales activity, customer interactions, and other relevant data

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred

Familiarity with the sales process and terminology a plus

Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

Travel requirement:

- No travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhavnagar, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
