**Job Overview**:

- _**Title Wholesale examiner**_ _who is keen to learn and who has extensive experience in US Title Examining for full search process. _
- _The position requires the examiner to review title documents, assess the open liens/judgment and other liabilities that may affect the title to the property._
- _Management of day-to-day shift which encompasses delivery of production & quality SLA. Maintain effective communication & coordination within the team, and ensure healthy working relations. Manage overall performance of the shift in charge off._
- **Roles & Responsibilities**_
- _Wholesale Exceptions Review is a Process which Has 4 sub process Called mini-c, Table funding, Mini-C Purchase and Table funding Purchase._
- _Reviewing all this documents and will update accordingly in Lakewood and for this process CTC (Cler to Close is not require) is not Required and you will check if you have any lien, Judgments, Subordination, vesting issue and take Action._
- _Accordingly by sending out an mail to Customer Advocate, corresponding lender, loan officer and clear the title once the issue is resolved._
- **Qualification & Experience**_:

- _Should possess minimum of bachelor’s degree._
- _Should have worked in Title Search process for at least 1 to 2 years and have good understanding of Title Search._
- _Excellent oral & written communication skills._
- _Excellent interpersonal skills._
- _Should be a good Team Player._
- _Must have Integrity & Honesty with Personal Ownership_

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
