**Project Trainee - Expert Engagement (Stipend based)**

Chegg India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for graduates to join its Expert engagement team as **Project Trainee** under **National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) **by Government of India.

**Role Project Trainee - Engagement**

**Duration**: 12 months

**Stipend** :INR 15,000 per month

Manage/optimize self-service platforms like chatbots, knowledge base to reduce the number of queries.
You will be working on Zoho desk/CRM and CRO platform Zoho pagesense.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Must be an Indian national and over 21 years of age.
- Must not have been an apprentice under NATS before.
- Must be freshers with less than one year of experience.
- Must have excellent communication (oral/written) and problem-solving skills
- Must have PAN card, Aadhar card and all educational documents

Step 2 : Telephonic round

Step 5 :Post approval from NATS, final round in form of video interview.

**Company profile**

**National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS)** is a government-sponsored training programme to help graduate students enhance their vocational and technical skills. After the successful completion of their respective training programmes, the apprentices will be rewarded with an Apprentice Certificate issued by the Government of India.
