We are an agritech startup based in Chennai, specializing in protected precision farming and hydroponic cultivation. Our farm, located in Sholavaram, focuses on sustainable, high-quality production of greens and vegetables.

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a Farm Manager to oversee and manage all operations on the farm. This includes day-to-day activities, weekly and monthly planning, production management, and overall manpower coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Planning & Production**: Oversee and plan the production of greens and vegetables across the farm.
- **Pest & Disease Management**: Implement effective measures to control pests and diseases.
- **Procurement & Inventory Management**: Ensure timely procurement of inputs and manage farm inventory.
- **Record-Keeping & Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of all farming activities and operational details.
- **Manpower Management**: Schedule and manage labor resources efficiently.
- **Infrastructure Development**: Coordinate the development and maintenance of farm infrastructure.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field.
- Experience in farm management, preferably in protected cultivation or hydroponics.
- Strong knowledge of pest control, disease management, and production cycles.
- Proven ability in procurement, inventory management, and manpower handling.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in English, Tamil, and Hindi.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
