**Designation**: Field Verification Executives

**Location**: Port Blair

**Salary**: Rs 100/ point of Address Verification. (Point means a place of address it could a residence or office/business place in case of self-employed). **No fixed salary purely commission based on number of verification done. No travelling expenses.**

Omega credit information is a premier due diligence agency and renders its services to Banks and financial institutions. We conduct the physical and financial verification of the loan applicants of various banks. We are looking for young energetic passionate person who want to work part time-full time. No fixed working hours.

**Residence verification**:
Ø As field verification executive you have confirm the residential status (Owned /Ranted) from the next door neighbours.

Ø Collect a copy of identity and address proof from the applicant and match this with the address which has been visited update the landmark.

Ø **Have to take 5-6 photos using GPS camera of the property and a selfie with the customer in front of the property.**

Ø Also interview the customer with a structure questionnaire and obtain information regarding assets owned, educational background, family details, and life style, Information pertaining to vehicle owned

**Business Verification**:
Ø Collect a copy of business registration proofs such as GSTIN, MSME Certificate, or any registration issued by local administration or any government department.

Ø To check any business activity being carried out and comment on the same such as number of employees seen, stock, work in progress, Raw materials seen. Comment on business process. Enquiry about clients, debtors and creditors

Ø Ownership of property ( Rent or owned )

Ø Have to take 5-6 photos using GPS camera of the property and a selfie with the customer in front of the property

**Office Verifications**:
Ø Meet the applicant and cross check the employment details of the applicant with office colleague or supervisor. Enquire if the employment is a permanent /temporary /contractual. **Amount of salary paid per month**

**Salary**: ₹9,606.41 - ₹25,006.31 per month
