The Mace Corporate Associates, a Law Firm based in New Delhi, has been at the forefront of **Pharmaceutical laws, Drug Price Control Laws, Food Safety Laws, and Patent litigation** since 2006. We are now embarking on an exciting journey to develop an exclusive Law Portal, a pioneering initiative that will cover a multitude of enactments applicable to Pharmaceutical Law and the Food Industry under its separate wing.

Essential Requirement:
1. On-job experience of a minimum of 1 to 2 years

2. A science graduate or science at the HSC level is essential.

3. Analytical mind and ability to work in a team and Online Legal Research capability of high acumen desirable.

4. Sincerity and the ability to go to the depth of cases are essential.

**Job Description**:

- Assisting in Preparing and Drafting Criminal and Civil Writ Petitions, PIL, Drafting Notices, and Communicating with Government Agencies.
- In-house research and advising Clients.
- Intensive Research in Criminal and Civil laws
- Co-ordinating with outstation High Court Lawyers engaged by our Firm
- Independently managing case schedules.
- Willing to travel to various high courts in different part of the High Court.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
