Accounts Admin Executive

Managing the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Organizing and maintaining files and records.
- Making travel and guest arrangements.
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Record day to day purchase, expense and sales.
- Prepare quotation, invoice and purchase orders.
- Coordinate logistics with Freight Company and suppliers.
- Prepare documents for sales tax and income tax purposes and co-ordinate with chartered accountant’s office.
- Cold calling.
- Stock keeping and stock maintenance.
**Job Type**: Permanent
