**Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage a team of Tele Marketing Executives to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.

Monitor team performance, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team and track progress towards goals.

Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns to maximize sales opportunities.

Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

Kannada and English mandatory

Excellent leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire and influence team members.

Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
