**Staff Supervision**:
- Supervise hotel staff across various departments (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage, etc.).
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure the efficient execution of these duties.
- Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for employees.
- Ensure that all staff adhere to the hotel's policies and procedures.
- **Operational Management**:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Manage room occupancy, maintenance requests, and housekeeping schedules to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth hotel operations, especially during peak times.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and ensure front desk staff provides a smooth experience.
- Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Maintain accurate records of guest services, billing, and hotel operations.
- Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring proper documentation and security.
- **Quality Control**:
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Ensure the hotel meets health and safety standards.
- Monitor guest feedback and work to continuously improve service quality.
- **Problem-Solving and Crisis Management**:
- Handle emergencies, complaints, or issues that arise with tact, ensuring mínimal disruption to guests.
- Ensure all incidents or concerns are logged and followed up appropriately.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: A degree or diploma in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- **Skills**:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., PMS systems).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and stay organized.
- A strong understanding of guest service standards and hotel operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
