**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare showroom and sales demo bikes
- Receiving of new bike arrivals from port & inspection of variances (defects & errors)
- Assisting to Logistics management for new vehicle storage for event display, showroom, sponsorship events, stock movements
- Supporting to Periodic stock maintenance based on brand compliance
- Arrange for body re-work and Installation of number plate bracket
- Issue job order and PO for any replacement parts
- Ensure the bike or Scooter is in good delivery condition to customers
- Assist in positioning of bike or Scooter during events
- Ensure that repair order/ job cards for PDI operations are processed in a timely manner
- Coordinate with Team Leaders to distribute the repair orders to the workshop teams
- Document all warranty work as per manufacturers' requirements and dealership policy
- Ensure full and accurate communication to workshop, parts, reception, and quality control
- Takes a flexible approach when working within a team, willing to change a role when asked
- Prepare appropriate documents and liaise with the vendors for timely delivery of goods

**Education**:12th Std, Any Degree or Mechanical Diploma Courses

**Experience**:Fresher - 3 years of Proven Previous experience in the automotive industry, specifically in a PDI Assistant role, is preferred
