This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing & PR Executive, India to join our team.

**Location : Mumbai, India**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in development and execution of annual PR and marketing plans supporting business objectives.
- Craft compelling and engaging content for Social Media, Press releases, Marketing materials, content distribution channels, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and other key stakeholders to generate positive media coverage and secure media placements.
- Proactively identify PR and marketing opportunities, including industry events, conferences, and partnerships, and coordinate participation to maximize destination exposure.
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends and leverage opportunities for positive brand positioning.
- Assist in planning and execution of media familiarisation visits, press interviews and other PR and marketing activities to increase destination awareness.
- Manage social media platforms and online communities, including content creation, community engagement, and monitoring.
- Track and analyse PR and marketing campaign performance using metrics and analytics tools, and provide regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative PR and marketing techniques to continuously improve the effectiveness of our strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in PR and marketing, preferably in a similar role or industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive and impactful content for various channels.
- Solid understanding of PR and marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, including media relations, content marketing, social media marketing, and event management.
- Familiarity with media landscape and experience in building and maintaining relationships with journalists and influencers.
- Proficiency in using PR and marketing tools and platforms, media management tools, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance considerations is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
