Social Media Marketer

A Social Media Marketer is responsible for creating and managing content on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. They are tasked with building a brand’s online presence by developing engaging content that attracts an audience and encourages them to interact with the brand in some way. They also design and execute social media campaigns, along with budgeting, content ideation, scheduling, and performance analysis, to create a robust online business presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and create social media marketing campaigns and strategies, including budget planning and allocation; content ideation and distribution; and implementation schedule.
- Develop and manage social media content calendar.
- Develop raw content into a marketable product across different platforms based on project goals and objectives.
- Create text and visual animations to support video and advertising needs.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio/podcast).
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions.
- Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
- Oversee design (i.e. Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).
- Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
- Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
- Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing.
- Proficient in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
