The Indirect Procurement Buyer is responsible for identifying and procuring the goods and services that an organization requires. They identify indirect purchasing needs of the organization, find services providers who can supply these goods, negotiate for prices and arrange for the purchase and delivery of the goods.

Major Responsibilities

Reviews and analyzes indirect purchase requisitions. Processes purchase requisitions, purchase change orders and requests for quotes to suppliers. Responsible for procurement business system data input and integrity. Participates in maximizing the procurement teams' changes, supplier database information, onboarding new suppliers according to quality requirements.

May recommend cost saving proposals or alternative sourcing. Works with management to address all aspects of commodity management, including procurement support, contribute to the commodity plan's success.

Job requirements

Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Great communication and problem solving skills. Capable to work in a team but also complete ta individually.

Experience SAP MM Purchasing module is necessary. Typical Education and Experience: Bachelor’s or MA degree with 3 years of related purchasing experience.

Fluency in English is a must.

Experience in working within a fast-paced, highly matrixed, agile environment.
