**Job Summary**: The Administration Executive is a key member of the administration team in the manufacturing company. This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization. The

Administration Executive will work closely with other departments to support their administrative needs and maintain a well-organized and productive work environment.
- **Responsibilities**:_

1. **Manage office operations**: Oversee day-to-day administrative activities, including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and coordinating with vendors for office services.

2. **HR Support**: Assist the HR department with onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating employee welfare programs.

4. **Document Management**: Maintain and organize important company documents, records, and files both in physical and digital formats.

5. **Meetings and Events**: Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and company events. Ensure all logistics and arrangements are in place.

6. **Travel Arrangements**: Arrange travel bookings for employees, including flight, accommodation, and transportation.

7. **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage office supplies and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.

8. **Budget Tracking**: Assist in tracking departmental expenses and maintaining budget records.

9. **Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

10. **Liaison**: Act as a point of contact between management, employees, and external parties.

11. **General Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to various departments and executives as required.
- **Eligibility Criteria**:_

1. **Education**: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields is preferred but not always mandatory.

2. **Experience**: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry, will be an advantage.

3. **Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

4. **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees, vendors, and management effectively.

5. **Computer Proficiency**: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,

PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

6. **Problem-solving**: Ability to identify issues and find effective solutions to address them promptly.

7. **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail to maintain accurate records and documents.

8. **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and support various departments.

9. **Adaptability**: Must be adaptable and flexible to handle dynamic work situations and changing priorities.

10. **Confidentiality**: Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information related to the company and employees.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month
