**Customer Service Executive (International Chat Process)**

**Location -** Pune, Viman Nagar

**Salary -** Upto Rs. 3 LPA + Shift Allowances

**Night Shift Allowance - Rs. 5000/-**

**Working Conditions**
- Shift Hours - 24/7

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat.
- Provide accurate information about products/services and address customer concerns.
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude throughout interactions.
- Follow predefined scripts and guidelines while adapting to unique customer situations.
- Document and track customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed about product updates, policies, and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Previous customer service or chat support experience is a plus.
- Minimum Qualification - Undergraduate/Graduate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
