We are hiring for an Admin Executive
**Mon to Sat**
Time: 9 am to 6 pm
- Petty cash management in Excel sheet
- Vendor management
- Facility management
- Desktop support
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage facility functions like water, coffee machine etc.
- Manage reception area also keeping records of visitors.
- Manage filing, documentation and other office-work related to the business.
- Assist with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records
- Handle sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity
- Ensure timely payment of Rent, Salary, Utility Bills & statutory dues
- Ensuring Inventories are entered and invoiced in the system
- Stock or inventory management
- IT/ISMail (G-Suite) and other user account management for all employees.
**Skills**:
- Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Basic bookkeeping and maths
- Proficiency in English
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations
- Current in today’s office technology, and computer software including MS Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion with personal and confidential information
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
