**Overview**:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Equity Derivatives Trader. The Equity Derivatives Trader will be responsible for trading, equities, market making, quantitative finance, and finance. The Equity Derivatives Trader will be expected to participate in trade modelling and analysis, financial instrument pricing, market risk management, and operational risk management while adhering to established trading strategies and risk management techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Expertise in Trading, Equities, and Market making is required
- Knowledge of Finance and Quantitative Finance
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, or related fields is rquired.
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, or related fields is preferred
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- An understanding of the global markets and regulatory landscape would be beneficial.
- Minimum of 6 months of verifiable trading experience in derivatives, with a proven track record of profitability.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and quantitative analysis.

**Compensation and Benefits**
- Fixed salary of ₹3,00,000 per annum.
- Minimum 1 -2 years of experience
- One month of the probationary period to assess capabilities and fit.
- Post-probation, inclusion in a revenue-sharing model to share profits from trading activities.

Pay: ₹265,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
