**Responsibilities**:

- **Student Guidance**: Provide expert advice and guidance to students regarding college admissions, career choices, and academic planning.
- **University Research**: Stay informed about various universities, colleges, and courses to provide up-to-date information to students.
- **Individual Counseling**: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their goals, aspirations, and challenges.
- **Networking**: Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, universities, and industry professionals to enhance opportunities for students.
- **Events and Workshops**: Organize and participate in events, workshops, and seminars to educate students and parents about higher education options.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a College Admissions Counselor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of various courses, colleges, and admission processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with current trends in higher education.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
