Trainee Pharmacist

Perform safe, timely, efficient, equitable, effective, and patient-centered pharmacy services and operations in the areas of responsibility.
- Responsible for operational systems to assure appropriate prescription, distribution, administration, and monitoring outcomes of drug therapy process.
- Prepare reports such as medication errors, adverse drug events, ineffective service, or other problems.
- Maintain physical stock at the pharmacy.
- Prepare reports like stock report, quality monitoring report, stat medication TAT and OP pharmacy waiting time.
- Adhere to operations and be in compliance with quality improvement standards and initiatives.
- Counsel the patient/ customers on health, reactions of medicines
- Handle all inbound calls related to drug information, patient counselling/ education and home delivery orders
