**Responsibilities**:
It is a back-office profile, please find the JD below.
- Co-ordination with the overseas suppliers for the execution of shipment and other import related responsibilities.
- Prepare Pre-Shipment & Post-Shipment documents like Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping details, Certificate of Origin & related documents.
- Responsible for tracking and releasing shipment.
- Tracking the entire process with complete monitoring of the various stages and shipment for timely delivery of goods to buyers.

**Required Skills**:
Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate
Experience: 2-5 years
Computer Literacy is a must (MS-Excel & MS-Word should be strong)
Excellent Communication skills.
English written and verbal communication should be strong
