IT Trainer

**Responsibilities**:
Conducting classroom and online lectures on Django and related technologies to students

Assigning and evaluating coursework, quizzes, and projects

Providing one-on-one assistance and mentoring to students as required

Ensuring that the course curriculum is up-to-date and relevant to industry standards

Collaborating with other trainers and course developers to develop new training materials

Maintaining accurate student records and progress reports

Creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students

Participating in faculty meetings, staff development programs, and other professional development activities as required

Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Django and related technologies

**Requirements**:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field

A minimum of 1 years of experience as a Django developer or trainer

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong knowledge of Python, Django, and related web technologies

Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL

Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

A passion for teaching and helping students achieve their career goals

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
