Factory Assistant

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Factory Manager in implementing quality control processes and procedures to ensure that our construction chemical products meet the required specifications.
- Monitor and report on the quality of raw materials and finished products, and suggest improvements to the production process where necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production processes, including batch records and quality control reports.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies, and identify and report any safety hazards.
- Manage and coordinate with the labour force, including assigning tasks and ensuring that work is completed on time and to the required standard.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized production area.

**Requirements**:
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.

Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vapi, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
