JOB PROFILE- QUALIFICATION REQUIREDMSC NURSING
- EXPERIENCE REQUIRED5 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN TEACHING/ SUPERVISORY ROLE IN NABH ACCREDITED HOSPITALS/ CLINICAL INSTRUCTOR
- RESPONSIBILITIES- Plan and implement clinical learning experiences for nursing staff, ensuring alignment with educational objectives and standards.
- Provide supervision, guidance, and mentorship to nursing students and staff in patient care settings.
- Evaluate the performance of Staff Nurses and provide constructive feedback for professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance the clinical learning environment and promote interdisciplinary teamwork.
- Stay updated with best practices and evidence-based guidelines in nursing education and clinical practice.
- Serve as a role model and advocate for excellence in nursing practice and patient care.
- ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS- Current registered nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching or supervisory roles in NABH accredited hospitals or as a Clinical Instructor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Clinical expertise in nursing practice, with a focus on patient-centered care and safety.
- Passion for nursing education and a commitment to fostering the professional growth and development of nursing staff.
