**Overview**:
Performance Marketing executive will support the manager to lead, manage, and drive the growth of our marketplace business, with a primary focus on expanding Amazon, Flipkart, and Firstcry channels. This individual will also support in scaling up ad presence on new channels, such as Myntra and Snapdeal, and ensure strategic development of key clients with a strong focus on revenue growth, client retention, and enhanced ROI on performance marketing investments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ownership: Responsible for day-to-day ad operations on marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart and Qcommerce
- Campaign Measurement and Digital strategy : Analyze trends, performance and optimize the campaigns and adjusting budget, bids and strategies for maximum ROI
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, Marketing, Finance and supply chain ) to align goals, budgets and execution plans.
- Reporting: Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to all the internal stakeholders on a regular basis. Visualize achieved data against KPIs and suggest the optimal solution if any.
- Data Analysis: Leverage analytics tools (Amazon Pi, Flipkart IRIS, Helium 10 etc.) to generate actionable insights and enhance campaign performance. Do the necessary research for planning such as keyword analysis, website, channel analysis, etc.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market place ad trends, algorithm changes and best practices, also evaluate full funnel numbers against competition and category benchmarks to identify Strengths, Weakness and opportunities for improvement in ad strategies.

Experience**:
- 1+ years of experience in performance marketing for a marketplace, D2C, retail brand, or agency.
- Proven track record of achieving marketing goals for both marketplace and D2C channels.
- Love working with numbers and new technology.
- ** Technical Proficiency**:
- Experience with Marketplace PPC, DSP, CTR, CVR metrics.
- Knowledge of: SEM, SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media is an advantage.
- ** Technical Skills**:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets (pivots, lookups), Google Slides, SQL, and Seller Central Reporting.
- Actively learn, research, and explore new digital trends in the market and digital channels.
- ** Industry Experience**:
- Experience with an agency or aggregator is a plus.
