**Role : Manager / Senior Manager - Policy Servicing**

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Managing end
- to end projects related to system/process enhancement**:

- Product Testing (Testing of Policy Servicing related processes for every new product

which is launched)
- Policy Servicing SPOC for New product launch
- Review & Sign off new Product BRD
- Creation of test bed for New product Day 1, Day 2 & Day 3 functionalitys
- Preparing BRDs, Managing UAT & Pre-Production Testing of Policy Servicing related

processes.
- Monitoring & fixing of Production Defects
- Co-ordination with external vendor & Internal stakeholders for all the PS related

projects.

Comply to audit norms and processes

**Experience**:
**6+ years of experience in Policy Servicing domain in Life Insurance.**
