**Job Description**:
**- Supports in Newsletter preparation.**

**- Participate in account review planning.**

**- Supports in preparing presentation, documents related to the project/event/task.**

**- Point of contact for various new activities/ events happening in MU**

**- Communicate minutes of meetings to the audience.**

**- Actively coordinate with the Sales team and follow up on different tasks.**

**- Providing detailed updates to stakeholders and informing them of delays, supports in scheduling marketing events.**

**- Develop strong relationships across internal and external support groups; enable effective teamwork to ensure key deliverables are met.**

**Primary Skills**:
**- Strong communication skills, and fluency in spoken and written English**

**- Self-starter with a high degree of ownership**

**- Proficiency in MS Office Suite**

**- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines**

**- Attention to detail**

**- Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations**

**- Good to have knowledge of overall Sales process**
