Esthetician

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to provide high-quality skincare treatments and beauty services to our clients. As an Esthetician, you will assess clients' skincare needs, recommend personalized treatments, and create a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Your goal will be to enhance our clients' overall well-being and confidence through expert care and exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct skin analysis to assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Provide professional skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other therapies.
- Perform hair removal services, such as waxing, threading, or sugaring.
- Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend products for home care.
- Maintain knowledge of current skincare trends, techniques, and products.
- Ensure a clean, hygienic, and organized treatment area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Assist in promoting spa services and products to achieve sales goals.
- Stay updated on state regulations and licensure requirements related to esthetician services.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- State-issued Esthetician license is mandatory.
- Proven experience as an esthetician or similar role in a spa or salon setting.
- In-depth knowledge of skincare techniques, products, and treatments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong sales and upselling abilities for skincare products and services.
- Ability to handle confidential client information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in using spa equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Friendly, professional demeanor and a passion for skincare and wellness.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in advanced skincare treatments such as dermaplaning, laser treatments, or lymphatic drainage.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
