- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the maintenance or construction industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel extensively within Chennai, Anna Nagar
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
