**Job Summary**:
As a Social Media Executive at MrMed, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage with customers, and drive traffic to the website and app. You will create compelling content, manage social media campaigns, and interact with the online community to foster a positive and engaging online presence for the brand.

**Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Strategy**: Develop and execute the social media strategy for MrMed, aligning with the overall marketing goals and objectives.

**Content Creation**: Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including posts, images, videos, and infographics, that resonate with the target audience.

**Community Management**: Monitor and respond to user comments, questions, and complaints on social media channels promptly and professionally.

**Social Media Campaigns**: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, offers, and special events, collaborating with the marketing team.

**Analytics and Reporting**: Use social media analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

**Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and changes in algorithms to leverage new opportunities effectively.

**Brand Consistency**: Ensure that all social media content and interactions maintain a consistent brand voice and image.

**Customer Engagement**: Engage with customers proactively, address their queries, and foster a positive online community.

**Crisis Management**: Handle social media crises and negative feedback with a calm and professional approach, coordinating with the relevant teams to resolve issues.

**Requirements**:

- Any Degree with 0 to 2 years’ experience
- Should have ability to come up with innovative designs on Canva
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset and the ability to come up with innovative content ideas.
- Familiarity with the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)
