**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Subject Expertise**:

- Design and develop a structured curriculum that aligns with the JEE or NEET syllabus.
- Create engaging and comprehensive lesson plans to cover all topics required for exam preparation.
- **Conducting Regular Classes**:

- Teach students in both individual and group settings, either in-person or through online platforms.
- Use teaching aids like presentations, study materials, and practice papers to enhance understanding.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Regularly assess students' progress through quizzes, tests, assignments, and mock exams.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their understanding and problem-solving skills.
- **Guiding Students**:

- Offer guidance on time management, study techniques, and exam strategies.
- Help students stay motivated and focused, especially as the exam date approaches.
- **Student Performance Monitoring**:

- Track the academic performance of students and provide personalized attention to those struggling.
- Organize doubt-solving sessions to address individual queries and strengthen weak areas.
- **Stay Updated with Exam Trends**:

- Continuously update knowledge about changes in the JEE/NEET exam pattern, syllabus, and question types.
- Integrate the latest exam trends into teaching to ensure students are well-prepared for the current format.
- **Parent Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents about their child’s progress, challenges, and overall performance.
- Recommend extra sessions or study material as necessary.
- **Motivation and Mentorship**:

- Inspire students to remain focused and determined during the challenging preparation process.
- Offer career guidance and mentorship related to medical and engineering fields.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**:

- A postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or Medical Sciences (MBBS/BDS), or a similar relevant qualification.
- Specialization in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (for JEE) or Biology (for NEET).
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in teaching or coaching JEE and NEET aspirants is preferred.
- Familiarity with competitive exam preparation methodologies and techniques.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Good problem-solving ability to help students overcome difficulties.
- Patience, leadership, and motivational skills to keep students engaged and focused.
- Ability to work with students of varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced learners.
- **Technical Skills**:
