Job Title: Multi Skilled Technician

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct maintenance and repair work on electrical systems, including wiring, fixtures, and appliances.

2. Perform plumbing tasks such as repairing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing fixtures.

3. Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.

4. Complete carpentry work, such as framing, drywall installation, and finishing.

5. Perform general maintenance tasks, including painting, patching walls, and replacing flooring.

6. Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure optimal functionality.

7. Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs in a timely manner.

8. Order and maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies needed for various repairs.

9. Adhere to safety regulations and company policies while performing maintenance tasks.

10. Document work performed, including repairs, parts used, and time spent on each task.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Proven experience as a Multi Skilled Technician or in a similar maintenance role.

3. Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work.

4. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues across multiple trades.

5. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

6. Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in maintenance work.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

9. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments.

10. Certification or training in specific trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
