Job Title*: Junior Counselor (Female Only)

*Location*: Hyderabad

*Working Hours*: 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., 6 days a week

*Package*: Up to INR 3 Lakhs per annum (plus incentives)

## *Key Responsibilities*:

- Conduct tele-counseling sessions with prospective students and invite them to the office for consultations.
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, follow-up actions, and updates in the CRM system.
- Ensure a warm and professional approach to address student concerns and answer queries.

## *Qualifications & Skills*:

- Strong communication and tele-counseling skills.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with prospective students over the phone.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Interest in the overseas education sector and a willingness to learn.
