Prepare, calculate, and process invoices and bills
- Maintain financial records and budgets
- Issue checks
- Receive payments
- Enter, update, and review account information, codes, and cycle billing
- Proof and balance reports
- Estimate and make manual adjustments to accounts
- Print bills to collect revenues
- Process account service orders
- Process closing accounts for final payment
- Manage the status of balances and accounts
- Issue and post invoices, receipts, and bills
- Update accounts receivable databases with new accounts or missed payments
- Ensure that clients are informed about their outstanding debts and deadlines
- Prepare invoices for clients based on services availed
- Maintain updated records of clients and update charges to their accounts
- Send reminders to clients upon delays in payment
- Receive, organize, and update incoming payments from clients
- Collect feedback from clients and help them solve their issues related to billing
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
