**Job Description-**
- Act as the SPOC for all security related matters for the cloud and all Novelvox Customers
- Performing Information Security Risk and gap Assessment from both cloud and on premise perspective.
- Maintaining/Improving Organizational Level Security Risk Register and other ISMS policy/processes.
- Drafting account and Org Level Information security policies, standards, procedures and guidelines.
- Management and oversight of global certification (ISO 27001, SOC1/SOC2, Fedramp, Hippa, GDPR etc.) for both cloud and on prem deployment and on the org level
- Coordinating and engaging with VA/PT team, Incident Management team, Logging and Monitoring team etc. for details regarding security assessments.
- Responding to RFI/RFPs and client audit questionnaires on the information security side and attend customer and prospect calls for any kind of security aspects.
