The Executive - Land Acquisition plays a pivotal role in our organization, responsible for identifying and securing suitable land parcels for our projects. This involves conducting comprehensive due diligence, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met. Collaborating closely with government authorities, they secure essential approvals and maintain meticulous land records. With a keen eye on cost
- benefit analysis and risk assessment, they manage budgets, vendor relationships, and monitor market trends, all while fostering community engagement. Their role also involves conflict resolution, compliance assurance, process enhancement, and meticulous record-keeping to support auditing processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
