**Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**:

- To develop and implement media strategies & partnership to enhance Mobility India’s visibility. Create and maintain media contact lists, liaise with individuals and media outlets.
- Develop engaging and impactful content for various platforms, including social media, website, newsletters, press releases, and reports.
- Write and edit articles, blog posts, and success stories that showcase our projects, achievements, and impact.
- Craft persuasive messages that resonate with different audiences, conveying the importance of our work and inspiring support.

**Social Media Management**:

- Manage and update our social media accounts to maintain an active online presence.
- Create and schedule posts that align with our organizational goals and communication strategy.
- Monitor social media trends and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

**Media Relations**:

- Cultivate relationships with journalists, reporters, and media outlets to ensure accurate coverage of our activities.
- Prepare press releases and media kits for major events, initiatives, and campaigns.
- Coordinate and facilitate media interviews, press conferences, and media briefings.

**Internal Communication**:

- Collaborate with different departments to gather information and insights for communication materials.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external communication channels.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing techniques.
- Strong media relations skills, with a track record of successful media outreach.
- Familiarity with content management systems, graphic design tools, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- **Proven 1 to 3 years of experience in communication roles, preferably within the non-profit sector or NGOs.**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
